Entrees Made Easy (Hillsboro, OR) - As a member of the Chamber of Commerce, we actively contribute to the Hillsboro Children Services Division. Entrees Made Easy (St. Helens, OR) - All of our meats have no steroids, hormones, or antibiotics. Our produce is locally bought, and our menus reflect regional values of what's fresh locally.

Great Earth Natural Foods (Madras, OR) - When a restaurant chooses to include local ingredients in the food they serve they're not only providing you with a fresher and most likely healthier meal, they're also making a move toward environmental and community sustainability. We at Great Earth have started a new purchasing program called "Buy Local, Eat Local" where we support local producers.

¡OBA! Restaurante (Portland, OR) - In defining NuevoLatino at ¡OBA! it is impossible to ignore the local bounty of Oregon products, from salmon to chanterelles. We also support our local organic farmers as much as possible, always striving for the highest quality and the most unique products available. In addition to our highly praised and innovative nuevo latino cusine we are now offering various menu items that will appeal to patrons that are looking for vegeterian, dairy-free, and wheat-free options. ¡OBA! also has a recommended menu from local Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer Colin Hoobler, and is dedicated to reducing our environmental impact through effective recycling and composting programs.

Pangea Grills and Wraps (Ashland, OR) - From wheat-free to vegan to low-carb, Pangea supports all food choices by making high quality foods from scratch. At Pangea you can enjoy seasonally organic & local produce, hormone free range meats, and wild salmon. Their "plastic ware" isn't really plastic, it's made from grain & therefore biodegradable. Pangea also buys sustainable energy, uses energy efficient light bulbs & recycles. These may be small details, but together they make a difference.

Standing Stone Brewing (Ashland, OR) - Standing Stone Brewing is focused on operating their restaurant and brewery sustainably as a commitment to the health of the Ashland community. Standing Stone strives to support regional commerce and sustainable farming methods, and 85 percent of the grains used in their beers are organic. All of the spent grains are then used by a local farmer for chicken and cattle feed. Standing Stone also composts all of their pre-consumer vegetable food waste and provides about 50 gallons per month of used vegetable oil to local biodiesel producers. The Oregon Department of Energy has called Standing Stone a leader in restaurant energy conservation.

Sunriver Resort (Sunriver, OR) - Sunriver Resort uses PLA cups (made from renewable corn) and Ecotainer hot cups, recycled and some 100% post consumer paper, and local/sustainable products whenever possible.
